Nick Keller sets out to break snowmobile record to raise money for those affected by cancer! Keller, of Richmond, will begin that task any day now. He plans to ride his snowmobile more than 12,200 miles around the upper Midwest and set a new Guinness Book record. However, the record is secondary. His goal, to raise money for those affected by cancer. Read the whole article in this edition of Minnesota Moments.

Courthouse ornaments. If you’re in to collectibles , you might want to get your hands on one of 100 limited edition ornaments being sold by the Stearns County History Museum. The ornaments show the Stearns County Courthouse as it was in 1922. Only 100 of the ornaments have been made. They can be purchased for $15.95 plus sales tax at the museum.

DETROIT LAKES IS is the home of WE Fest. It is a community of quaint shops, a town that honors its Native American heritage. Detroit Lakes is a crosscountry skier’s haven, a birder’s wonderland, a boater’s delight, a fisherman’s paradise. And then there is golf: eight courses in the immediate area.
